Quality Control

Philco Textile is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in its home textile and towel products. Our Quality Control (QC) process ensures that every product that leaves our facility meets stringent quality requirements and exceeds customer expectations. • Equipment: Tensile strength testers, color spectrophotometers, and moisture meters.
  1. In-Process Quality Control
  • Function: Monitors the quality of textiles during various stages of production to identify and rectify defects early.
  • Process: Continuous sampling and inspection during weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes.
  • Equipment: Loom monitors, dye consistency checkers, and finishing quality testers.
